Able
Audio Policies
Quality Comes First.
The quality of
our enclosures and satisfaction of our customers are the number one
priorities here at Able Audio. All other policies are subject to
change if they would interfere with the quality of a product. No
enclosure, custom or pre-manufactured is rushed at the expense of
it's quality.
Safe, Insured
Delivery.
All shipments are insured, and guaranteed safe upon
delivery. If the package arrives damaged at the fault of the
shipping company, the product will be replaced, at the expense of
the shipping company. Most orders are shipped via UPS ground, some
are shipped USPS Priority, either way, the product is insured for at
least the amount it is worth. As a customer, you can have confidence
that your product will arrive safely. Please see our

Fast Delivery.
Orders of in stock, ready to ship items that are
received before 3:00 P.M. (Central Time) will usually go out the
same day. Shipments generally take 2-3 business days to arrive from
time of shipment. If they are not shipped out that day, they will be
shipped the following business day. Custom orders usually take no longer than 3
business days from the time of order to complete and be shipped out.
Returns.
Requests for returns will be granted if and only
if there is good reason, determined in full by Able Audio. A 5 - 50%
restocking fee may apply to any item that is returned, varying by
product. There will
be NO returns on any custom ordered items. Return requests must be
filled out within 10 (ten) days of receiving the item, or they will
be rejected. Return shipment cost is the responsibility of the
customer, all papers, invoices, receipts and packaging materials
must be included with the shipment. Items returned without all of
the contents that were originally packaged with the item are subject
to be rejected, or have an additional charge added to them. The
return policy is to be determined and/or changed depending on the
customer's attitude.

After purchasing, if you need any advice, or
directions with installation of your Able Audio products, we will be
more than happy to help. We can offer technical assistance with
wiring, soldering, or other installation techniques you may inquire
about.

Our expert advice and assistance is what you need
when choosing, ordering, or installing your car audio equipment. We
can help you decide what is best for your specific situation,
without all of the pushy sales tactics. We want what is best for
you.
Shipping.
We ship via UPS ground or USPS unless other
arrangements have been made prior to order placement.
Choice of shipping method is the
sole choice of Able Audio. We are more than willing to upgrade
shipping options for an extra charge.
