Returns.
Requests for returns will be granted if and only
if there is good reason, determined in full by Able Audio. A 5 - 50%
restocking fee may apply to any item that is returned, varying by
product. There will
be NO returns on any custom ordered items. Return requests must be
filled out within 10 (ten) days of receiving the item, or they will
be rejected. Return shipment cost is the responsibility of the
customer, all papers, invoices, receipts and packaging materials
must be included with the shipment. Items returned without all of
the contents that were originally packaged with the item are subject
to be rejected, or have an additional charge added to them. The
return policy is to be determined and/or changed depending on the
customer's attitude.

Send an email to
contact@able-audio.com subject "Return Request" and the
following information.
- Item you are wishing to
return.
- Reason for return request.
- Date the item was received.
- Date purchased.

Please be specific when emailing about a
return request. Non-specific requests will be rejected.

If accepted, you will receive an RA (Return Authorized) number. When
you receive your RA number, please print and fill out
this forum. Please
fill out the forum completely. Returned merchandise without an RA
number will not be accepted.

Package your item in the original packaging with the printed and
filled out Return Forum and ship your item back to us here:
